ProPoints Reached my first stone... :)

    11st4lb
    Current Weight:
    9st7.5lb
    Goal Weight:
    8st13.5lb
    Lost(%):
    1st10.5lb(15.51%)
    Diet:
    Weight Watchers
    Yay! I have reached my first stone!

    I have been on Slimming World before and lost weight, but I don't think I've weighed 10st 3lbs since I was about... 10 lol. So am so happy. My OH keeps commenting on my weight loss and I just feel amazing :)

    I have 1lb to lose to reach my 10%. Another 2lb after that to get down to 10 stone and be classed as being in a ''healthy BMI''. Again, I never believed this could ever happen!

    Then, will aim to get down to 9st 7lbs overall... though will see how I feel once the weight starts dropping off.

    Just wanted to share my success :D xxx

    Well a mixture - joined a gym before starting WW and do treadmill, powerplates, swimming, cycling but also dance classes etc. shame is I've had two big losses on weeks I've eaten not as well and haven't been to the gym for two weeks. Gonna go tomorrow tho !!

    Wow you do loads!! Think I need to up my exercise habits! Do you measure yourself aswell?maybe you had lost inches those other weeks,you look very toned,all that hard work has payed off.
