Reached target today with a fantastic weight loss. Now the next stage maintaining as I'm never going back to my starting point. Keep up the great work, if i can do it any one can.

Started 19 Jan 2011 at 25stone 9.5lbs
target 16 May 2012 at 13 stone 12.5lbs
original target was 14 stone but went under because i had a massive last weight weigh in.
Your results are amazing to.

Good luck to you as well on your maintaining. Have been told its harder to maintain than to lose but we can do it.
