Reaching Target in 2020

Feels like everyone has had a super busy August!

Good luck with 16:8. I manage it some days, but seem to naturally fall into more of a 15:9. Especially when I'm in the office and everyone starts heating up lunch at 12!
Yes I am going to try. Some days are going to be hard - specially when travelling & hosting family.
15:9 is good too.
