Reaching Target in 2020

Feels like everyone has had a super busy August!

Good luck with 16:8. I manage it some days, but seem to naturally fall into more of a 15:9. Especially when I'm in the office and everyone starts heating up lunch at 12!
Yes I am going to try. Some days are going to be hard - specially when travelling & hosting family.
15:9 is good too.

Start weight (28/06/25) - 167 lbs
Current weight ( 02/09/25) - 166 lbs
Loss (02/09/25) - 1
Total loss - 1 lbs

It is very slow progress but on the way down 😊
B - home made jam on WM toast
L - Aubergine & lamb casserole with WM toast, mint & yogurt
D -
S - Raspberry
F - Black tea
E - 40 min qi gong
