ready made quiche

was wondering if i remove all the pastry this would make it low carb ............right ????

just thinking for a quick pub lunch with a bit salad

also .......am i supposed to not feel hungry .....i normally start to feel peckish half a hour or so before my meal times .......is this normal ..........cos i've read that once you are in ketosis which i am, the hunger subsides

There might be milk or cream in the quiche egg mixture, or even lots of cheese, these all contain carbs tho not as many as the crust! If you remove that I don't think you'll go too far wrong.

If you are hungry before meals you are either eating other carbs during the day (hidden or known) or perhaps not drinking enough water/fluid, or simply eating too little, overall.

Hunger should subside in ketosis, yes. But we are all different and it can take a few days or longer for the body to adjust.
