Really feel like ive made a breakthrough today, have got back on the wagon and been tracking food with mfp, and ive just sat and thought ....hmmm what can i eat, and for the first time ive thought, well actually im not hungry, im just eating before im bored!
If i do decide to have something it will be a small bowl of cereal but for now...at least im realising im not hungry!
