Red Days Realistic goals.

I'm new to slimming world and doing it from home. I want to stick to reds days as I binge on pasta and potatoes so want to curb this habit. Does anyone else only do red days?

I want to start my diet off with a bang so have set myself the target of losing 14 pounds by the end of January. I have 5 stone to lose. Do you think this is realistic?

I think so. People tend to get very good losses in the first week! 7lbs even! Stick to plan and see :)
