Oh I'm so sorry....you have to try and believe that this was God's / Mother Nature's way of making sure you got the right baby for you. I really firmly believe that there is a baby (or babies) we are all meant to have, and when yours does come along, you'll be pleased that you had to wait for him/her. I know it sucks beyond belief now, but you will heal, you will go on, and you will have a bundle of beautiful fun in the not too distant future.

In terms of trying again, you will know when you are ready; until then, just take the time to love yourself and your oh.

I am so sorry for you Tracie. If it is any consolation, I have a large number of friends (including my sister) who all had miscarriages and then went on to have healthy babies. I know that my sister was too distraught to try again for a while, so don't force yourself to try again, wait until you are ready. xx
