I've just done a similar thing - start tomorrow afresh and forget about today food wise. Chances are, if you get back on the plan properly tomorrow then today will have little effect.

dont let it get you down, just draw a line underneath it and start afresh tom, you are allowed a little dip now again!!!! im sure it wont affect your loss :)

new day tomorrow! :) I've had my naughty indulgences.. time to get back on track!

Dont panic and don't throw in the towel. One day of naughtyness will not undo all your good work it is what you do after this one day that counts. So start a new day tomorrow. Write down everything you eat and keep to plan. You can do this!

Yes draw a line under it - but do it now and don't wait until tomorrow. If you say that you're going to start fresh tomorrow you're giving yourself permission to carry on eating the c**p. Eat right for what is left of the day.
