Really need help

I am finding it so hard to get back into sw way of eating. Since I started back at work I am all over the place. I would like to do a mix of ee,green and red days all depending on what I have in kitchen.

Does this mixture really work for losing weight?

Is there any one here with success stories of this?

I need so much motivation i'm at a dead end :(

My weight is slowly but surely getting me down and effecting every aspect of my life please send me all of your advice hints and tips please

I'm sure a mix of days will work fine :) I'd recommend planning your meals for the week ahead - that way you'll get into the swing of things again without having to think about it too much! I usually find that one good day follows another.

I do a mix of mainly green and EE, depends where I am and if I feel like I might need 2 HEXs, when I go to work I take all my food with me including a mugshot or something just in case of emergencies

as mentioned above, planning is key
