Really need your help to succeed

Hello :)
Its a long long time since Ive posted properly on here. My name is Louise and Im 30 in March. Since I was last here I got married and now have a 10 month old baby. I have realistically about 4 stone to loose but keep making excuses and getting nowhere. Ive had a tough week and feel really rotten about myself. My stomach is my biggest problem area, especially after the baby. I just want to feel better about myself and life again.

Im starting ww propoints today again for the umpteenth time. Wish me luck x

Good luck honey, you can do this! I'm thinking of starting on Propoints this week after a few tried (and generally unsuceesful) attempts to lose weight without a slimming club for the last few months.

Just think, you'll be slimmer after Christmas than you are now - I find that thought quite liberating! Most people worry about putting weight on at Christmas, but we'll be losing it!

I have about 3.5 stone to lose so we could support each other if you like, fancy buddying up?

I would make a smaller realistic target for Christmas for example. I personally would like to be the next stone bracket. At the moment I'm 13st 7 half lb. To get into 12 something for crimbo would be fab x

Remember to set yourself realistic targets to begin with and then the overall goal will happen on it's own. :D

With Xmas coming up I think it's fab motivation. I would like to be 12'9 at my Xmas week weigh in. Not bad going seen as though I was 18 stone in may.

I've also done every diet in the world & failed. This one is really working. My best piece of dieting advice to my friends is 'just hang in there until the first stone is gone, then when people start to notice & your clothes are loose, the motivation becomes stronger than ever'
