Really proud of myself!

I had today's menu all planned out when my partners mum called to ask us if we would like to go out for the day. I didn't have anything to take that I could have for lunch as I've got to do the food shopping tomorrow!

We decided to go to a pub, I opted for a diet tango, jacket with no butter and beans and salad! My partner, his mum and my daughter all had really yummy things that I wanted too but I went for the safe option!

We then went to a place I can't remember the name of haha and had a really long walk around a huge reservoir. The weather was lovely but very very hot and I walked the furthest I have in a long time!

Weigh in tomorrow morning, I hope I see the results!

I have just weighed and I have lost 1lb.

Not sure why I feel a little disappointed with that, I know it is going in the right direction etc

Maybe it is because it doesn't feel like much compared the 5lb I lost last week. Oh well, I'm not giving up, I've got a long way to go yet!

Don't be disapointed, you're still well on track to reach your goal of 7lb in four weeks , and you'll probably do it in three! You're doing great!
