Hubby had one for his dinner last night and it looked absolutely delicious!! From a new shop in town, wrapped in a fancy bread not pitta, and my mouth hasn't stopped watering ever since!

I have visions of me going on a secret visit!

We all get secret visits and it is a choice to act on them or not...if you leave them alone they fly by and land somewhere else.:)

Well done for resisting and it is times like this we find our .

The cravings do pass, just give it a day or so. Maybe make yourself a nice shake or something tonight and have a long bath - something to treat you other than food?

The craving will pass - distraction is the key!!

Something that i've started doing is writing on a piece of paper things that i'd really love to have a small amount of when the weight has gone.
So far I have apple pie and custard, lasagne, greek salad, curry and thats just from today!!!!! :D

The point is though that i can see that most of the foods on my list are unhealthy and I am sure when I am slim I will value that much more!!

Try to imagine that kebab, greasy and lumpy with grisly bits of meat. YUCK! You don't want that, it could give you tummy ache.Think how heavy that bread would be all soaked in fat. YUCK! You so don't want that! Any help?

    I had....half a glass of zero coke...(sulking now)

as I was watching them eat...I realised my mouth was opening at each mouthfull as if I was imagining it landing inside....

    But

what I really really want is a glass of wine

I resisted, but still want it lol.

I just have to tell myself NO!

I just took some new pics and compared them to the ones taken 17 days ago, cant see any difference from the front or back, but from the side and face you can see I have lost weight!

    Yeehar

gonna do pics every week now! Might get brave enough to post some one day!
