I love, love love the soups, but I have found I must use 300ml of water instead of the normal 250, otherwise they are too strong. 300 seems to make them just right.

I've just switched from Lipotrim though so everything taste great to me lol

The prices that Exante stuff goes for on eBay is quite often over the odds - it's crazy. Sell them and stick to the shakes.

Definitely try them with more water cos they're far too much with only 200-250mls. I use about 300mls too. If you still can't stomach them tisn't worth suffering for.... ebay them and buy lovely shakes!!

I split my packs and for each half shake i used 350ml water!!x
