it's easier to do the crisps on grease proof paper as they just peel off. and i have started making 'crisps' with the chocolate shake, in slightly bigger dollops and stop them before they are quite as crispy. then leaving about 25% of the shake paste to dunk them in. sooooooo nice. like mini cakey biscuity type things 
also love the oriental chilli soup as crisps but don't like it as soup... love the tomato soup but don't like it as crisps, ha. so it's worth trying new things
if you find a soup you don't like. try crisping it.. unless it's the cheese and brocolli or leek and potato in which case i think you'd be sick regardless
