Really starting to miss food!

it's easier to do the crisps on grease proof paper as they just peel off. and i have started making 'crisps' with the chocolate shake, in slightly bigger dollops and stop them before they are quite as crispy. then leaving about 25% of the shake paste to dunk them in. sooooooo nice. like mini cakey biscuity type things :)

also love the oriental chilli soup as crisps but don't like it as soup... love the tomato soup but don't like it as crisps, ha. so it's worth trying new things :)

if you find a soup you don't like. try crisping it.. unless it's the cheese and brocolli or leek and potato in which case i think you'd be sick regardless :D

MARTYN I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST A BREAK ive struggled so much since coming off it to have a miner op and i was doing so brilliant i no what your saying i use to day dream about food fasinate about have meals in my head eat it swallow it its just mind hunger yr missing the food but you are not hungry if you come off ot now ecpect things to get much much harder stay on it lose laods the food will still be waiting for you wen yr finished :) Promise lol ) the food that yr dreaming off imagin it coverd in poo ( sorry ) much love xxxxx
 
i use maggots as my brain deterrence... lots of crawling, writhing maggots, covering whatever i'm fantasising about. dominos pizza a' la maggot!! :D :D just imagine them crawling all over that peperoni!!

abz! thats loads better than poo ! im so going to do it omg i feel repulsed just thinking of them on the toast i would like well done hun
