Really Struggling - Please help!

    Hi there
    Well it is my 15 day on plan today. Up until Saturday I felt I was going great guns! Then yesterday OMG I have never felt so hungry in all my life! I felt really really hungry all day - had loads of water too. I then had a really bad headache and had to end up taking some tablets! I have had one shake today (10.30) and will have a soup around 2ish. Is this normal and any idea how long this will last? It took every ounce of willpower not to stray yesterday! Also to top it my home scales have not changed since Wednesday morning (weigh in Wednesday night).

    Ignore your scales, i'm sure by Wednesday you will have lost. is this the reason you were hungry yesterday???? weighing yourself can be as destructive as it is helpful sometimes.
    Take pride in yourself that you fought through and didn't cheat!! - Well done!!

    Don't worry about scales (particularly with the incredible heat change we have had since Wednesday - the heat will be making you retain water a teensy bit more than usual) whatever happens you will have lost 3ish pounds of fat whether it shows this week, next week or in two weeks time. If you stick to the plan to the letter it will all come out in the wash one way or another. If you don't stick to the plan, it won't and it'll become twice as hard. Keep telling yourself that this is your choice, that you choose to stick to this come hell or high water!
