Really struggling - please help

Hi everyone, i don't post on here very often, but i'm hoping it might help me get back on track.:(
I've had a few personal issues going on over the last 6 months, but at weigh in 2 weeks ago i had lost in total 1st 10.5 lbs, which i'm really pleased about. Since then i've lost the plot with food and am now scared to go and get weighed as i know i've put on.:cry:
I know i've only myself to blame as its me that controls what i put in my mouth but i'm struggling. Can anyone offer me some advice please?????
I'm going to a different class tomorrow to get weighed (due to my shift pattern) but i feel physically sick and emotional about it.
ANy advice would be appreciated :confused:

I guess its just a case of biting the bullet and going, you won't regret it. I think if you don't go then you'll put on more weight, so nip it in the bud and pop along, we are all here to support you Boo xx

thanks Boo68, i know you're righ, i just need to nip it in the bud.
I wouldn't mind but i have been really good this last week and eating loads of berries and fruit so hopefully i might have balances out and not gained as much.

Hi hunni, I agree with boo68. Just go get the weigh in over with and think positively about your next week.
Ive had a few weeks recently where ive fallen off the bandwagon but I find coming on here and looking at recipes and peoples stories really can be motivational. You never know it might not be as bad as you expect. :patback:

Hi Rach,

Think back to how good you felt when you have lost during your journey and concentrate on the good times and then look ahead to feeling that way again. Draw a line under this gain (if there is one!) and start a fresh tomorrow...
Don't let a small gain ruin all of your hard work, You can do it and you have proved that to yourself with your losses so far

As others have said, don't dispair, if you want to do this then go and get weighed, draw a line and call that your new start weight and go for it, there are hundreds of recipes on this site so find the ones you like and over time you will discover which ones suit your weight loss, I find soups work for me.
