Really struggling to get back on track!

I really don't know what wrong with me, I've put 3lbs on, not been to my past two weigh ins and still cannot get back on this diet properly!! I tried today and was fine until I got home and my other half bought pizza hut back and I took it upon myself to forget doing my healthy dinner and scoff this instead!! Any tips to get me motivate are greatly welcomed! I still have a good 3 stone to lose so stupid slip ups like these won't get me on my way for my hol in august!

ok right draw a line under it now, tomorrow is a new day and a new start if ive learnt anything from dietin most of my adult life its not to give in and forgive yourself, and tomorrow is a new day , wake up in the morning and start a fresh. if u give in now your only going to look back next year and think i wish i had stuck with it, and more then likely be twice the weight, good luck hun and remember your worth all the effort and think how fab you will feel xxxxx

as the others have said, draw a line and get into the "zone" lol.. plan your meals for a week and dont let temptation get in the way easier said than done i know but after 1 week back on it and after a good result you'll be back properly and this blip will be a distant memory xx

Don't wait until you are motivated. Just do it now anyway. Get back to your meetings whether you feel like going or not. If you miss your weigh in it is very easy to think oh I still have another 7 days to sort this out and before you know it those 7 days have gone. Motivation will follow on naturally if you make a start and get a good result :)
Thanks for all your support, it made me feel even more worse this morning when got on the scales and 3lb on is now 4!! Ahh! Anyway it gave me the hump this morning so am hoping I won't blip again plus I really want to try and get this 4lb off before Monday weigh or is going to be a very embarrassing one especially as havent been to the last two! Come on Laura I can do this!! Lol
