Well done on losing 7lb babes, how much do you want to gain it back? Do you really NEED a take away enough to chance kicking your self out of ketosis And retaining water, feeling bloated and undoing all the work you have already done? Just ask your self these questions and then decide if it's what you really want x we all crave the things we have become used to having like takeaways and we all know how tempting it is to eat but it's not what LT is about and if you are serious about it then you have to hang in there and before you know it you will be half way there :) if you haven't already had a meal why don't you go for a nice bath or curl up with a hot drink and watch some tv to take your mind off it....and tell your bf to be mote supportive because it's hard enough with out people telling you to eat x sending you some good vibes and make sure you come back to let us know how you are getting on x
