I am so happy that I went with working solution this time. I am on day two and have three bars per day plus a fab meal in the evening. I was going to have an omelette today but had no eggs so I cut up a chicken fillet with some tiny bit of onion and mushrooms, seasoned with chilli, garlic and curry powder and added in a packet of skinny rice and fried in one cal spray and it was gorgeous. I have to say that it was just as nice as a chinese for virtually no calories. I then had choc orange bar with coffee for pud! If this is a 1000cal diet, im in it for the long haul, lol. I feel like, I wont lose weight with eating so well but I will know next thur at weigh in.
