Really Upset!

Hi there,

I am new to this site so hello to you all!

I was just having a search on the internet for weight loss chat rooms and stumbled across this website.
The real reason was not really to find out how to diet but for just some support. I have always been on the large side but when I was 18 I lost 5st and was a slim size 10/12 and was thrilled with my body. When I was 19 I met my husband and by 20 I had my first child. The weight piled on! I have since had another child and now at 27 I am feeling so depressed about my weight I just dont know what to do or where to start. However it is getting to the point where this cant continue! My youngest has even started to make comments about my weight (innocent of her of course) but it really does make me feel completely ashamed of myself as a person, mother and wife.
Well I have got that off my chest now so hopefully I will make a start very soon and things will then begin to change for the better!

So what's the plan? You need a good realistic, achievable plan to be healthy and then GO FOR IT...

We All Feel Fat ( Or Used Too)
Are you Going To Do A Diet Plan, Weight Watchers etc?
Or You Just Going To Eat Healthier?

My Cousin Was lookin At Last Years Xmas Photos, and I was like OMG I Have No Neck, Shes 9 and her response was.. Why are you so fat?
So That made Me Think DAMN IT Im Going To Do It.

I Reckon Another Good Idea to Push You That Lil Bit More is take a photo now, So when you start to lose weight you start to notice! even if the pounds dont come off :D

You are in a community of people here who totally understand how you can feel and all the issues that can face you when you are unhappy with your weight.

As Mike says....what's the plan?

Have a good browse around the whole site, see how many different weightloss programmes people are following, look at the inspirational photos and then you can decide what looks more likely to work for you.

Get your butt in here...have a scoot around...we are all in the same boat...but i bet you can find someone identical to you....so you can tag team :D

hi,
well done on taking the first and hardest step into weight loss. we have all felt the same, some still do, but bieng on here helps loads.
everyone i have spoken to on here is really nice and friendly, they all seem to know just what to say to make you feel better.
the first stone gone is a wonderful feeling, good luck and i bet its gone before you know it.
