Really want some real food!!!


I am having one of those days when I just want some real food and a nice glass of wine or coke. I had some chicken earlier to help and it did for a while but now I am having to clamp my jaw shut!!!

I am drinking loads but just feel very down today. Feel sorry for myself. Mmmmmm food! Plus we having a BBQ tomorrow with frends and it just feels impossible!

Hey :) it is hard at times and sometimes the pull is strong, but you have to remember why you are doing the diet in the first place.
All of that food will be there when you've finished it. It's not forever. Have another shake if you're struggling, or a massive glass of water and a coffee.

I usually have a coke zero......i know there there has been a bit of a debate about having it(weather you are allowed it or not) but i have a can a day and it hasnt done me any harm.....................just a suggestion!!

I had more water and I had a bath and now I am lazing around on my bed! Just killing time really until I can sleep.

Very down today. Not sure if it's the diet or work or what. Naff!!

Hey, not sure what day you're on, but I feel very very depressed in the first week, usually on around days 3-6. It is often the diet. Carbs are a bit of a pick me up and keep you on a high and you're depleting your body of them. Plus it's a big change going on this diet, so you're bound to feel a bit down.
Just come on here, talk to people and try to get some early nights. I'm usually in bed by 8 every night in the first week! We've all been there though, so don't suffer alone. Trust me, it gets so much easier.
