Today I steamed cabbage and broccoli and flashed round a pan with king prawns and added seasoning and bit of lemon!! It was v nice indeed !!! Good luck ;)

There's a whole thread of ideas here for 810 - in many cases they could be adapted for SS+ if you reduce the quantities (probably best to check the book to make sure how much and whether something actually is suitable for SS+ or can't be had until you're on 810).
