recently increased healthy extras - what are they?

Hi,
I'm following the red plan (original) and heard that the healthy extras had increased.
Can anyone let me know what they've increased to, or point me to another post that explains what foods have increased.

Not sure there's a single post that listed them all. .If you try a search in this thread for a specific item/group that you're interested in (milk, cheese, cereal etc) you should find something to help.

I have the old and new books in front of me so here goes

skimmed milk...350ml..........375ml
hard cheese.......28g..............30g
mozerella and
low fat cheese....42g..............45g
medium fat soft cheese..........75g new
grab and go cheeses and other milks unchanged

Allbran..............42g..........35 g this one has gone down
shreddies..........................30g now listed on their own
bran flakes"........................35 g again on their own
grab and go again looks similar
Wholemeal bread..57g............60g
soups are similar
fruit a few changes, mainly rounding up or down

Baked beans....142g.........150g
kidneybeans....113g.........120g
peas..............142g...........150g
pasta, unchanged
Baked potato....227g.........230g
new potatoes....198g..........200g

Mainly just rounding up a little bit and not major changes.

Green extra hexs have similar small changes throughout

chickpeas are 110g now
