I know when you have escource (think this is the right one) they have a recipe builder where you can put in the ingredients and it works out the pro-points for you, does anyone know of anywhere else that has something like this or do people just work out the points for each item in a recipe?

I know you can use livestrong.com to get the nutritional values of anything you're cooking and then work out the pp from there. One thing, if you're using well known brands take the nv off the packaging because the nv on livestrong are different sometimes. Like the nv they give for old el paso wholewheat tortillas works out at 4pp but the nv on the actual package works out to 6pp for example.
