Recipe for Ainsley Harriot Moroccan Medley style cous cous

Hii.
I have put on about fifty stone over christmas so I need to try to stick to SW now...
I want to make my own lunch because I eat loads of Ainsley Harriot's Moroccan Medley couscous and it's becoming an expensive addiction.
When I make couscous normally, it's fairly horrible- either bland or very salty. Any ideas on how to make it nice? Like lovely Ainsley's? :)
 
I don't actually eat cous cous but could u use flavoured stock instead of water and add veg?? Or is that wot u already do? Lol
 
I use a knorr stockpot with the water to flavour it and add spices to taste, just look on the Ainsley packet for ingredients......
 
I use a stock cube, chickpeas, fresh coriander, chopped jalapeños, spring onion and dried cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper and oregano to taste. With a tonne of black pepper! Tastes lovely :D

I'm going to have to steal this! Sounds lush ESP with the jalapeños! Mmm :)
