Recipe Idea or Inspiration for boring ole chicken breasts!!??

Got chicken breasts in fridge uncooked need using up by 2moro anyone got a different recipe idea for me - not curry and not casserole!

I love chicken kebabs, chicken, peppers, onion tomatoes and anything else you fancy on a scewer with a sprinkle of your fave spice grilled then bung in a pitta bread with a load of salad, mmmm yummy.xx

Oooo now thats a good idea - just need to source some kebab sticks or skewers if not then will just put all the bits on tin foil and oven bake! Guess I could marinate the chicken in a little creme fraich mixed with curry spices and mango chutney too!

They are lush and great on the bbq in the summer, and yes very low points. might have to do them myself in a couple of days.lol.
