    Hiya Guys and Girls....

I am craving soup as i am really homesick at the moment, but nothing i have made so far has hit the spot!

Can you all please post me a recipe for soup that is either free on all, or real low in syns, also it has to be one of those things that when you eat it, it makes the worries of your day melt away! Proper healing food, if you know what i mean!

Would really appreciate it if you could help me!

    Thank you for your time,

    Sam

I love spicy butternut squash soup!

1 BNS, peeled & cut into chunks
3 carrots, chopped into large chunks
    1 onion
    1 pint stock
    mild curry powder

Roast the BNS & carrots in the oven, sprayed with fry light, until softened & slightly caramlised (usually about 20 mins). Soften the onions in frylight in a saucepan. Add the roasted veg & stock, and simmer for 30 mins. Blend with a hand blender til smooth and add curry powder to taste.

This is my all time fave soup!
