Recipes for Dips????

Hi all

I am pretty new to SW and was hoping someone could give me some recipes for making dips. My mum wants to make one for our meeting on Tuesday and needs help. (My mum comes to the meetings with me )

[Snakes and ladders]

You can make Greek Tzatziki by mixing fat-free Greek yoghurt with a finely grated cucumber, salt, pepper, lemon juice and some fresh pressed garlic.

It's really delicious to dip with bits of carrot and cucumber etc.

Roasted red pepper hummus can make by roasting large red pepper then food process it with a can of chick peas, couple of cloves of garlic, and some lemon juice, season to taste- yum!!! Taste just as good as stuff I used go buy!! Xx
