REAL CHINESE EGG FRIED RICE FOR 1 SYN!
Yes really only one syn!
For 1 serving:
Ingredients:
1 egg
Handful of rice (cooked/leftovers)
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil (1 syn)
Spring onion and peas (optional)
Method:
Heat the rice in microwave/steamer/hot water.
Using frylight, cook the spring onion and peas (if using), set aside.
In a pan/wok heat the sesame oil and some frylight.
Beat the egg (on its own) and add to the pan, cook like scrambled eggs until it breaks up.
At this point, add the rice and 'fry' to mix with the egg, add the veg back in.
Serve

yumyum!
I had this for dinner last night, very filling.
