recipie from new mag

Hi, i made the penne pasta thing today from the free book that came with the new mag. It said to use 500 grams of broccoli!!! This seemed like a crazy ammount and my whole broccoli was only 300 grams! So i just used that. It is lovely but im now worried each portion may not be a 3rd superfree?? What do you think? It also had cherry tomatoes and onion in which i know count towards superfree, but just wondering if the meals in the mag/book are worked out to be exactly a 3rd.
