Living in Ireland, so ordering online. Which cookery book do you recommend and why?

I personally like the curry one. Its got quite a few nice curries in it and I try to make at least one a week, usually Friday, means I get a semi authentic tasting curry thats usually free or low in syns on "takeaway night"

ooohh without a doubt mine is "world of flavours" -so far everything I have made out of there has been stunning and worthy of use for dinner parties ;)-particular faves are:-
  • coq ua vin
  • tuscan chicken
  • stifado
  • szechuan beef
  • cantonese pork in oyster sauce
  • "real McCoy quarter pounders"
  • buffalo chicken
  • patatas bravas
  • albondingas
hubby has offere to cook tomorrow and is doing the Greek souvlakia mmmmmmm
