Red day diary check please

Hiya :)

I'm trying red days this week to try and limit my carb intake, as they make me really bloated and icky. Could a red day expert please have a quick scan at my menu. Does this look about right??

Breakfast: yoghurt and fruit
lunch: chicken tikka pieces with large salad
snack: cheese (hexa) on toast (hexb x2)
Dinner: lemon chicken stir fry
syns: space raiders (3.5) + cornflour (3.5)

All looks good, are you aware you can have one or two hea on a red day?
Oh and the chicken tikka pieces where are they from ? Or did you make them just check the syn value
