I'm trying to follow the paleo plan - but after speaking to a slimming world consultant the paleo seems very similar to the original/EE SP plan .

So wondering if there is a thread for original /EE SP recipes diaries meals ect

If you look through the food diaries section you'll find a number of diaries of people who follow Red (= Original) days. Given that the EESP plan has only been introduced this week and is meant to be a short-term booster program, it's a bit early to find any diaries expressly for this plan.
