Im used to EE so am new to red/green. Can ricotta be used as a B on red days?

I didnt mean B I meant A ... but i think ive found the answer which is no

I can see "85g Asda Italian Ricotta Cheese" as a HEXA on Red, but bizarrely I cant see any mention of straight non-branded ricotta.
So you can at least go for the Asda version.
In this situation I would be looking at a tweak

ooo you know I love a bit of tweaking ermintrude and as luck would have it it's Asda's ricotta that I have YAY!!!

OMG .... I think I have died and gone to heaven ... toast spread with ricotta with a little sweetner and topped with strawberries and a tsp of honey. Words cannot describe how amazing it is!!!
