Hello! I try to have all red days and have bought some tesco mini chicken fillets red Thai flavour. I was going to put natural yoghurt with it, but can you suggest a side with this? I eat my body weight in aunt bessies carrot and swede mash and am getting sick of having it with everything! Thanks!

Hi!! Not sure if I can help, but I have a similar problem as I mostly do red days (very occassional green), so I do have to regularly change my veg as I am beginning to almost look like a cauliflower!!

I like cauliflower, carrots and mangetout or runner beans and I tend to smother them in colmans cheese sauce (8 syns for the whole packet - enough for 4 people, but I share a pack with my other half, so only 4 syns and a bit of skimmed milk form HEXA)

But thai chicken sounds to me like it needs a huge heap of beansprouts with it and other stirfry veg x

have it with a nice big salad and some balsamic vinegar.. could always have a small jacket potato for a HEXB to go with it?

I absolutley love roast veg. I normally have peppers, courgettes, red onion, carrots and mushrooms spray with frylight and roast for about 45 mins it tastes lovely. I sprinkle with salt and pepper and sometimes balsamic vinegar.

You could always try butternut squash chips they are tasty too, basically cut up a butternut squash into chips and spray with fry light and roast again. There is no need to remove the skin.

Ratatouille is good too, you can get some tinned ones that are free but you might want to check which ones on SW website.
