RED day... munchies?

    HELP needed, i'm on a red day and in a grazing mood, need some things to munch on, what can you suggest?
    Don't want fruit or muller lights..... and need my cheese HEa for tea tonight..... help before i eat the content of my fridge lol!!!

    crab sticks are ace for munchies- or any seafood: A bowl of prawns, mussel meat, cockles, etc

    Crabsticks are my favorite too! I always make some kebabs and keep them in the freezer for when I have those nibbly moments on Red days. What about a small packet of Quavers (eating them now)!
