Red day picnic!

Hey everyone!

Ok so I am thinking of going on a picnic with my boyfriend, and I am doing red days at the mo so need some ideas of things to make!

So far I am going to make a quiche and some SW style scotch eggs! Does anyone have any other recipes for yummy red day picnic goodies?

BBQ marinated chicken drumsticks? Cold sausages? I'm sure there was a sticky BBQ chicken in the magazine before the recent one which looked perfect for a picnic. Think they had a section on picnics.
