red day question, all help appreciated!

    Guys, following red and have lots of homeade veg soup in the freezer but it has tatties in it. Would it be ok if I jist dont eat them or the fact they have been cooked in the soup make it a no go? Thanks in advance

    I would say it's a no go but I guess you could try and work out the Syns for the potatoes

    To be a heb on a red day potatoes still have to have the skin on them. Could you do an ee day?

    I want to try red as much as possible ill weigh in. Ive been majorly off plan. Ill just not eat the tatties and hope it wont do too much damage. Thank you x
