Red day Vs Green Day

Hi all
Im just wondering what days you normally still to the most? I have been sticking to red days at the mo,but i am really missing freshly cooked bread in the morning,so i thought what i might try is sticking to red but then have one green in the middle of the week so it breks things up.
Can you eat bread on green day?
Its wi tommorow and i have found this week so hard to stick to.

Hi Phil... sorry but bread is limited to synning and Healthy B's! Not free on Green.

I do mostly red days too and love them :)

I eat mostly red days, I have a couple of green mid week usually, you have done well for your first week, it's always difficult until you get into the diet properly.

i like Extra easy. Get my protein and carbs at the same time. I know what you mean about bread..Tesco is killer when they've got a fresh batch out!
