Red Days: White potatoes?

Hi everyone. I'm looking at introducing some red and green days into my eating plan.

Just looking over the red day healthy extras in my 2012 directory and it says that I can have 230g jacket potato with skin on or 200g new potatoes with skin as a hxb.

It's very rare that I buy either of these and I usually just buy normal white potatoes from Asda. Would I be able to have these as a hxb?

Thanks :) x

A jacket potato is any potato cooked in the oven (or in the microwave) whole and unpeeled.

It isn't a special kind of potato - it can be any variety, white, red, whatever.
