Red,Green or Extra Easy?

Whats your choice of plan.... have kept to EE but wondering if anybody finds chopping and changing will still keep up the losses!!!!

When I did the diet last year I started on EE and then moved to red. I personally lose slightly more on red but think to be honest that swapping between the plans is good to enjoy different meals and to keep motivated.

If you do a search for 'red or ee days' or something similar, there are lots of other threads which have discussed this. Might provide you with some more information to help you :)
