I have just made some no points soup, and added 50g dried red lentils... but no idea how many points to allow for them

Can anyone please shed any light.

I know the points value is different for 'dried' food to 'cooked' on these but struggling to find the information.

I cant exactly fish them out and weight them now they have cooked in the soup. :D:D:D:D

    thanks x

    4.5 points per 100g so two-ish I guess
