Loser!
This is a recipe by the two hairy bikers (often found on Saturday Kitchen). Its really filling and spicy.
MEATBALLS
place the following ingredients in a food processor:
500g/1lb 2oz extra lean mince (beef or lamb)
1 onion roughly chopped
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chilli powder (more if U like it hot!)
2 tsp paprika
small handful coriander
small handful flatleaf parsley
1 egg yolk
Blitz this all up and make 16 small balls.
SAUCE
1 large onion chopped into strips
400g/1 tin chopped tomatoes
200g/7oz frozen peas (I use chopped asparagus as I don't like peas!)
4 large eggs
fry light
