Red or Green ? which is best for weight loss ?

    Hi,

    been reading through a few posts and noticed comments that some people seem to loose better when doing red days ?? rather than green.

    I am curious now as to how everyone feels about this ??

    Have set up a poll to see.

    If reds are better than I am scuppered as can only do the green days ! :eek:

    I was reluctant to vote on this because sometimes the different plans suit different people. I don't lose on reds but others don't lose with greens. I do reds very occasionally if I need to but i couldn't do them all the time

    I have never, nor will ever, do red days only, so i am reluctant to vote, would of said a mix of both, but only as that is what I do :)

    i have never noticed a difference i mix mine, usually 2 reds and 5 greens but green is deinitly my favourite, love scrummy green breakfasts with quorn and beans :p:p

    I am only on week 3 so a bit early to tell i guess but I find green days more filling but am often bloated the next day so a bit of both is best for me. I guess they do say that variety is the spice of life!!

    Im a red day 100%er - but know that not everyone agrees or has found the same as me x
