Red or Green??

How do you decide? Do you find that you prefer one or the other or do you do a mixture of both during the week. Ive heard some people find they lose more on original. I have found green easier to do but mainly for the recipe inspiration. Which do you prefer and how do your weeks generally pan out?
 
I do a mixture of both really. I have found that if i do green days before weigh in my lose has been less. So i normally do 2 or 3 green days after WI then go to red. I started 2nd Jan this year and have lost every week so perhaps it doesn't affect me much.
 
I have noticed.....

i get weighed on a thusday........i now eat green fri, sat, sun, mon.....then tues, wed thus i have red.

Simply because i find i lose weight quicker that way.
