Erm, to be honest, i dont have a clue. I cant see what the difference would be personally. I would prob still use them raw as a HEB if i wanted. I wonder if they are referring to the "boiled" weight rather than "raw" weight, rather than meaning you cant eat them raw? I have never done red. these books do confuse me sometimes!!!
