Congratulations hun!! :D That's a fabulous loss! I've been contemplating doing some red days...do you have a food diary I could peek at? I'm stuck for ideas for red days! What type of meals did you have? xxx

I find when i do red im craving pasta ridiculously and vice versa if i do green im clamming for a chicken leg!!!! grrrrrrrrrrrr

Hey Sian- I fancy doing a week of red days if you fancy trying it together. I am going to put together a meal plan so could email to you for some idea's if you like? x

Hi, thanks everybody.

I do a Food Diary (above) it sis called Emmabi's Going Red, don't know how to posta link to it.

It isn't very interesting though I am afraid, as it was the week before payday so kept things quite simple.

Was hoping to get a Red Days cookbook from class but my C had ran out, grrr!

I really want to do a red week, I'm just rubbish at food planning when I don't have my potatoes/pasta to fall back on! xx
