okay so taking a new approach and thought posting my food diary on here may help me stay on track, and maybe even give some other members some ideas while i'm at it :] here goes..

tuesday 19th april - extra easy day

breakfast 11:00am
fat free strawberry yoghurt

lunch 2:00pm
wholemeal tuna sandwich - HEXB & 1 syn
honey roast ham
bag of skips - 4 syns
strawberries
grapes
diet coke with cherry

tea 6:00pm
mixed grill - gammon, steak & chicken breast with a plain jacket potato
diet coke
big sharing ice creamy pudding with the girls - god knows how many syns

exercise 9:00pm
30 mins wii fit

so i probably shouldn't have rewarded my first good day with a big chocolatey pudding with my girlfriends, but didn't feel bad as i did some exercise when i got in, and only had 5 syns during the day anyway :] also extremely happy that there were no snacks today, as i am a serial snacker - mostly when i'm not even hungry just bored!

wednesday 19th april - extra easy day

lunch 12:30pm
tuna melt panini - HEXB & HEXA (i know paninis don't count as HEXB but i'm not being overly strict)
salad
diet coke

tea 6:00pm
chicken breasts, new potatoes & peas
mullerlight
strawberries
grapes

snacks
pringles - 5 syns
grapes
blue ribband - 5 syns

exercise 8:00pm
60 mins wii fit

scrambled egg - HEXA
baked beans

lunch 12:30pm
french stick - HEXB (i know they don't count as HEXB but i'm not being overly strict)
bag of skips - 4 syns
diet coke

jacket potatoes
peas
grapes
yoghurt

snacks

ice cream - don't know how many syns!

sausage roll - don't know how many syns!
caramel wafer - don't know how many syns!

exercise
10 mins step aerobics on wii fit

okay so today hasn't been the best day so far, but i weighed myself on the wii fit this morning and turns out i've lost around 3lbs since monday so i reckon i've got abit complacent. also, hardly had anything to drink today so looking back i think some of the snacks may have actually just been thirst not hunger! going to try and stay on track tonight and have a reasonable tea
